73+ Acres of Open Sky and Untouched Possibility — Minutes from Springfield Some tracts are just parcels. This one is a canvas. Sprawling across 73.74 contiguous acres along Lakeview Road, this is one of the last large, uninterrupted stretches of land left in the path of Nashville's northward growth — and once it's gone, there won't be another like it. Walk the land and you'll find open pasture rolling into a wooded draw, natural water features, and long-range views that change with every rise in the terrain. Public water and electric already run to the road, so the heavy lifting is done — whether your vision is a private homestead, a working farm, a recreational retreat, or a future subdivision, this ground is ready to build on. Over 270 feet of road frontage along blacktop gives it clean, easy access, while the property's greenbelt agricultural valuation keeps carrying costs remarkably low. This is bare land in the best sense: no structures to work around, no compromises on layout, just a wide-open opportunity between Springfield and the Kentucky line. Numbers and reports only tell part of the story — the rest you feel standing in the middle of 73 acres with nothing but sky and possibility in every direction. Come walk it. See what 73 acres of room to dream actually feels like, and come see 270ft of road frontage.
