Owner Agent. Property on the far east side of Taylor County in the Eula School District. Half of the property has been farmed for wheat in recent years, this area is not fenced. The other half is covered in mesquite trees and has two tanks. This portion has been fenced with barbed wire, it has been used for cattle grazing and hunting. Fence may need to be repaired in some areas. The hunting has been amazing this year, see pictures of some of the massive bucks seen out there this season. Would make a great place to build a home with quick access to Abilene and I-20. Mineral rights do no convey with the property.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

Agricultural Open Space District
The Agricultural Open Space District is composed mainly of unsubdivided lands within the corporate limits of the City that are vacant or in agricultural use, with some dwellings and some accessory uses (structures). The applicable regulations are designed to preserve valuable agricultural lands and to preserve, in a more permanent manner, open space located within the corporate limits of the City. This district is also used as a holding zone for land annexed to the City of Abilene, until a request for a more intensive category of land use is approved.
