Single-Family Residential District
The SF-6.0 Single-Family Residential District is an inactive district. It is included in this chapter for properties previously developed to the A-3 district standards of the previous zoning ordinance to provide for compatible land, building, and structure uses primarily oriented to low-density residential comprise the principal elements of the SF-6.0 district. It is the intent to use the SF-6.0 district to accommodate new forms of single-family residential development, as well as to recognize the existence of small lot conventional single-family development which presently exists in the city.
