Two private patios extend your living space outdoors, one offering direct access to the sparkling pool just steps from your kitchen. Highlights include updated bathrooms and a kitchen with a new refrigerator and range, custom closets and built-in storage throughout, an oversized primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full-size washer dryer in the guest room closet with custom shelving, plantation shutters, large pantries, and an abundance of natural light. Located just a short walk from fine dining, upscale shopping, and conveniently close to top-tier private schools. HOA Includes ALL utilities (electric, water, trash), basic cable, internet, blanket insurance, HVAC maintenance-replacement, exterior maintenance, and landscaping—offering truly worry-free living. Live the lock-and-leave lifestyle in a quiet, resort-like setting while enjoying every modern convenience.
Preston Hollow, located between Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway, is a residential and estate-style Dallas neighborhood with winding lanes and deep, tree-lined lots. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Preston Road corridor near Northwest Highway, where polished shopping plazas, chef-driven dining rooms, and low-key coffee counters set a measured pace. Architectural identity leans to midcentury ranch homes, updated traditional builds, and contemporary estates tucked behind mature canopies. The George W. Bush Presidential Center adds a civic, museum-like anchor just to the east. NorthPark Center and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden shape weekend rhythms with design, art, and outdoor walks.

MF-2(A)
Multifamily District 2
The MF-2(A) districts are composed mainly of areas containing mixtures of single family, duplex, and multifamily dwellings and certain uniformly developed multifamily dwelling sections. These districts are medium density districts and are located in certain areas close into the center of the city and at various outlying locations. The area regulations are designed to protect the residential character and to prevent the overcrowding of the land by providing minimum standards for building spacing, yards, off-street parking, and coverage. All commercial and office uses are prohibited. It is anticipated that additional areas may be designated in the MF-2(A) district from time to time in the future where the change is appropriate and access and utility services can reasonably accommodate these medium density dwellings. Additionally, the district is created to encourage the provision of affordable housing.
