Location, Location, Location! Very desirable complex in a fantastic area. Very desirable ground floor unit in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities your looking for. This 1 bedroom is HUGE with an extra room that can be used as an office, study or even an extra bedroom if desired. Unit has been completely updated with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Updates include new carpet in the master suite and extra room along with new paint throughout. Add in new light fixtures with ceiling fans and new blinds and this one is just like NEW! Add in a new refrigerator with icemaker and oven with range and you've got to see it to appreciate. A full size washer and dryer makes this unit a winner!
Lots of wear and tear in this unit. Will need some work. Split bedrooms. Master suite to the left as you enter. Second bedroom past the living room. Nice community. Close to 635.

MF-1(A)
Multifamily District 1
The MF-1(A) districts are composed mainly of areas containing mixtures of single family, duplex, and multifamily dwellings and certain uniformly developed multifamily dwelling sections. These districts are medium density districts and are located in certain areas close into the center of the city and at various outlying locations. The area regulations are designed to protect the residential character and to prevent the overcrowding of the land by providing minimum standards for building spacing, yards, off-street parking, and coverage. All commercial and office uses are prohibited. It is anticipated that additional areas may be designated in the MF-1(A) district from time to time in the future where the change is appropriate and access and utility services can reasonably accommodate these medium density dwellings. Additionally, the district is created to encourage the provision of affordable housing.
