Enjoy the comfort of a two-story home with the convenience of low-maintenance condo living! This light-filled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is located in a gated community within highly sought-after Plano ISD. The thoughtfully designed two-story layout offers separation between living and sleeping spaces, creating a true home feel. Inside, you'll find granite countertops, abundant kitchen storage, updated bathrooms, and a spacious primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet. Relax or entertain on your private fenced patio providing the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind. Unlike many nearby condos with higher HOA fees, this community offers outstanding value with water, sewer, trash, exterior maintenance, gated entry, and pool access included. The HOA helps simplify homeownership by covering many of the costly and time-consuming responsibilities that come with maintaining a home, allowing you to enjoy a more affordable, low-maintenance lifestyle with a covered carport space! Ideally located near Preston Road, the Dallas North Tollway, and President George Bush Turnpike, offering easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major employment centers throughout North Dallas and Plano. Whether you're a first-time buyer, downsizing, or looking for a convenient lock-and-leave lifestyle, this home offers comfort, convenience, and an exceptional location.
Bent Tree, located between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road, is a residential and golf-centered Dallas neighborhood with winding cul-de-sacs and mature tree canopy. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Preston Road and Frankford Road crossroads, where low-slung shopping centers, coffee counters, and local dining create a steady daytime hum. Streets are lined with brick traditional homes and larger contemporary rebuilds, often set back behind deep lawns and layered landscaping. Bent Tree Country Club sets the pace with fairway views and a quiet, private-club rhythm. Nearby, Addison Circle Park adds an urban green counterpoint for walks and outdoor events. The setting feels buffered and calm, with daily life oriented to drives, trails, and tee times.

MF-2(A)
Multifamily District 2
The MF-2(A) districts are composed mainly of areas containing mixtures of single family, duplex, and multifamily dwellings and certain uniformly developed multifamily dwelling sections. These districts are medium density districts and are located in certain areas close into the center of the city and at various outlying locations. The area regulations are designed to protect the residential character and to prevent the overcrowding of the land by providing minimum standards for building spacing, yards, off-street parking, and coverage. All commercial and office uses are prohibited. It is anticipated that additional areas may be designated in the MF-2(A) district from time to time in the future where the change is appropriate and access and utility services can reasonably accommodate these medium density dwellings. Additionally, the district is created to encourage the provision of affordable housing.

Local insights from Redfin agents
Dallas is a city where location can dramatically shape the experience, with each area offering its own mix of architecture, dining, entertainment, and accessibility. One thing I always encourage buyers to consider is how they’ll actually move around...
