Meticulously maintained and fully remodeled, at no expense to detail. A must see. Custom iron entry door invites you in to an open concept layout. Hardwood nail down floors, custom chef's kitchen with high end SS appliances. Carrera gold marble kitchen counter tops accenting the custom cabinetry. Oversized master suite with seating area and his and hers closets. Standalone tub in the spa like master bath. New energy efficient windows. Huge backyard, 8ft board on board fence with electric gate, giving wide open space along with privacy from the neighbors. Could easily add a pool.
Great bones. Needs cosmetics - paint, carpet, appliances. Already has beautiful hand scraped hardwood floors and granite countertops in the kitchen. Big, big rooms. Good landscaping that needs loving care. Large trees, large backyard. There's an odd brick wall enclosing the patio. Needs to be eliminated but it will be very easy to tear down. This could be a VERY nice home with just cosmetics or a show place if you really want to go over the top.

R-10(A)
Single Family 10,000 sq ft District
Single family residential development has taken place on intermediate sized lots in portions of the city in recent years. In order to protect and encourage the continued development of intermediate density with single family residences in appropriate areas of the city, the R-10(A) district is provided. In addition to single family residences, it is intended that churches, public and private schools, and public parks necessary to serve and complement the intermediate density development be permitted. The areas placed in the R-10(A) district are generally limited in area and are not intended to be subject to major alteration by future amendment except where changed conditions might justify the action or where minor adjustments in the boundary of a district may be appropriate to secure a reasonable development of the land.
