Welcome home to effortless living at Parkwood Creek! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a rare find, oversized rooms, two full baths, and two generous walk-in closets give it a feel far bigger than its footprint. Brand-new luxury vinyl flooring flows throughout, paired with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and decorative lighting that make every room feel warm and move-in ready. The stainless steel range and dishwasher are practically new, and the space has been freshly painted and professionally cleaned, just bring your furniture. Step out onto your private balcony and take in serene, the perfect spot for morning coffee. The breakfast counter adds extra prep space and charm, while an in-unit stackable washer, dryer and refrigerator are all included. Location doesn't get more convenient: minutes from Hwy 75, I-635 and the Tollway, with Richardson ISD schools nearby. Enjoy the community pool, stroll to Cottonwood Trail, and reach The Galleria, NorthPark Mall, and Downtown Dallas in about ten to twenty minutes. Low-maintenance, beautifully finished, and ready for its next owner.
Randco, located between I-35E and the Trinity River, is a light-industrial and residential Dallas neighborhood with warehouse blocks and rail-side streetscapes. The area reads as workaday Dallas: wide rights-of-way, loading docks, and pockets of older homes tucked behind commercial yards. Character concentrates around the Riverfront Blvd and W Commerce St corridor, where truck traffic, small fabrication shops, and no-frills taquerias set the tempo. Nearby pillars such as the Dallas Contemporary, the Design District’s gallery row, and the American Airlines Center shape the cultural orbit. Architecture leans utilitarian—metal buildings, brick service structures, and converted spaces—while the river levees and trails frame the edge. Daily life runs on studios, showrooms, and back-of-house businesses, with downtown’s skyline as a constant reference point.

MF-1(A)
Multifamily District 1
The MF-1(A) districts are composed mainly of areas containing mixtures of single family, duplex, and multifamily dwellings and certain uniformly developed multifamily dwelling sections. These districts are medium density districts and are located in certain areas close into the center of the city and at various outlying locations. The area regulations are designed to protect the residential character and to prevent the overcrowding of the land by providing minimum standards for building spacing, yards, off-street parking, and coverage. All commercial and office uses are prohibited. It is anticipated that additional areas may be designated in the MF-1(A) district from time to time in the future where the change is appropriate and access and utility services can reasonably accommodate these medium density dwellings. Additionally, the district is created to encourage the provision of affordable housing.
