Single Family-Four Residential District
The Single Family-Four Residential District (SF-4) is intended to be comprised of single-family detached residential dwellings that are a minimum 1,800 sq ft on a minimum lot size of 7,200 sq ft, together with the schools, churches, and parks necessary to create basic neighborhood units.
