TBD RR 2323, Llano, TX 78643

Exceptional Bullhead Creek ranch offered turn-key with hunting cabin, deer stands, and storage barn. Featuring over 1/3 mile of both sides of Bullhead Creek, this property packs a powerful punch with it's optimal shape, abundant oak cover, 3 stock tanks, granite outcroppings scattered throughout, and long range views of House Mountain. This is the perfect package for those seeking a quiet getaway, located just 15 minutes from Llano and 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. Mostly bordered by large low-fence ranches, the game quality is excellent compared to ranches of this size in Llano County. The quaint cabin sits on the banks of Bullhead Creek under a canopy of large live oaks. Built by the current owners approximately 40 years ago, the cabin has been very well maintained, and features all the essentials needed for a hunting basecamp or temporary living quarters while building your dream home on one of the many superb homesites on the property. Two water wells are located near the cabin, one is a strong hand-dug well with a windmill, and the other a modern cased well at 4 GPM. Another unique feature is a draw that runs through the middle of the property for over 1/2 mile, lined with large oaks and elms. On the southern portion of the property is a 5 acre fenced field that, with some work, would make an excellent food plot. This ranch is accessed via easement from Ranch Road 2323, just far enough off the highway to get away from the highway noise. This one won't last, schedule a tour today!
