The Cascade Creek Ranch is a hidden gem just outside of Utopia Texas. Just a short drive down CR 111 also known as Seco Creek road sits the beautiful ranch entrance that reminds you of days gone by. The home is mostly finished but will allow the new owners to pick the finish out they desire. There is an outside cooking area next to the guest house that has plenty of room to be expanded. There is also a newly built 3,000 sq ft shop. The shop has 4 bays with the majority having a concrete slab throughout. The 4th bay does not have concrete but is deeper for storing heavy equipment. There is 288 sq. ft. office built within the shop. Two fuel tanks and an 18 x 9 Connex storage building will also convey. There are 3 water wells on the ranch.
