Located just 30 minutes west of Downtown Cedar City, this is a great location into the mountains. It has a private pond for fishing, swimming, & boating. The Pond is used exclusively by the residents of Old Iron Town. This 3 bed 2 bath home has a loft, an energy efficient wood stove with temperature control, & towering ceilings. There is a covered front porch that looks out to The Pond and a private fenced back patio. The trim on the home & the backyard fence was just painted. This property has a circular driveway, RV pad, 2 enclosed sheds, 1 open shed & 2 carports. HOA covers water usage, maintenance on the water tank, roads, & services. The house has a water filter installed for the entire house. There is also a power sub panel for a generator for most of the rooms in the house!

R-1/2
Residential District
The residential districts of Iron County R-1/2, are formulated to provide single-family housing choices to meet the needs of Iron County residents, to offer a balance of housing types and densities, and to preserve and provide safe and convenient places to live. These districts are intended for well-designed residential uses free from any activity or use that may weaken the residential integrity of these areas. Generally, residential districts shall be located where adequate public services and facilities are available to meet the needs of residents. Typical uses include single-family dwellings, parks and public facilities necessary to meet the needs of residents. Urban and Hobby farms are consistent with the residential districts, so long as the farms meet the requirements of Section 17.36.250 of this title.
