New River View Town Homes!!
Just what you have been waiting for, a southwest facing town house with outdoor space to dine and entertain. The newest version of River View town houses offer just that. Due to be complete in June 2013, these residences will have similar floor plans to what people already know and love about River View with a few added bonuses. The deck space has increased to 8 feet in length and now spans the width of the residence so that you have a large deck outside of your great room as well as your master bedroom. French doors have been replaced with wonderful sliding doors to catch the most of that gorgeous view toward Mount Timpanogos, the Heber Valley, and Deer Creek Reservoir. The buildings themselves have also been extended an additional 4 feet to allow for larger great rooms and gathering areas. Don't let this interior unit dissuade you, it is the widest of the three and affords plenty of light. The HOA includes a 20mb/sec internet connection as well as use of pool, clubhouse.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

Mountain Zone
The mountain zone M is established for development in mountainous areas of the county that may or may not have services readily available. Development should be in harmony with mountain settings and adverse impacts shall be mitigated. The specific intent in establishing the mountain zone is for the following purposes: Provide an appropriate location within the unincorporated area for the development of mountain residential dwellings; Facilitate payment for services rendered by the county for streets, fire, police, health, sanitation and other services; Prevent soil erosion generated from excessive streets and soil displacement; Protect the vegetation and aesthetic characteristics of the county canyons and mountains; Encourage the protection of wildlife, plant life and groundwater; Protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the county by only allowing development that will have appropriate access to and from the development and provide appropriate fire and emergency access; Discourages developments in isolated areas of the county where essential services are not readily available and would be fiscally irresponsible and or burdensome for the county to provide such services.
