Location, View, Contemporary design!
Mayflower Lakeside is located between Mayflower Mountain Resort's new base village and the Jordanelle Reservoir. This new development is 5-years in the making with beautiful contemporary design and finishes and is a part of the MIDA overlay. At build out there will be 200 townhomes, and this First Release of 34 residences has some of the best view locations in the entire complex. All have main floor master bedrooms, Viking appliances, solid granite countertops, hardwood floors, 'floating' stairways, 2 car garages and much more. Depending on the location, these townhomes will have views of the Jordanelle (some unobstructed), or views of the mountains, or both. Completion is expected the Summer season of 2021, and well before the lifts start spinning at the start of the 2021-22 winter sports season.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

Mountain Zone
The mountain zone M is established for development in mountainous areas of the county that may or may not have services readily available. Development should be in harmony with mountain settings and adverse impacts shall be mitigated. The specific intent in establishing the mountain zone is for the following purposes: Provide an appropriate location within the unincorporated area for the development of mountain residential dwellings; Facilitate payment for services rendered by the county for streets, fire, police, health, sanitation and other services; Prevent soil erosion generated from excessive streets and soil displacement; Protect the vegetation and aesthetic characteristics of the county canyons and mountains; Encourage the protection of wildlife, plant life and groundwater; Protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the county by only allowing development that will have appropriate access to and from the development and provide appropriate fire and emergency access; Discourages developments in isolated areas of the county where essential services are not readily available and would be fiscally irresponsible and or burdensome for the county to provide such services.
