Move in Ready! Incredible 4-bedroom, 3 bath home, minutes to all ski areas!
This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom 3 bath home is just 10 minutes from the Park City Ski Area, or 2 minutes to the Richardson Flats Park and Ride, or 8 minutes to Deer Valley East! Great ski access, plus Jordanelle Parkway is perfect road biking and mountain biking right out your door as this home backs right up to the bike path. Perfect home as an investment, since nightly rentals are allowed, or as a permanent residence with everything you need just minutes away! Newly updated with accent walls in the dining area and a new chandelier. It looks great! Plus a new hot tub, which is the only one in the area! Sold totally turn-key! Beautiful high-end finishes with quartz countertops, shiplap wall accents, contemporary light fixtures, exposed interior wood beams, stainless steel appliances and much more. Also included is a remote camera, and security system plus a Nest thermostat. Owners live out of the country so there has been very little wear and tear on the property, which is only 4.5 years old. Sellers built out the basement which includes the 4th bedroom and separate media / family room, with a fold out queen bed and full bath. It really handles lots of people well. This is great opportunity for your buyers to actually get into a property during the ski season, and especially where they can see for themselves how convenient it is to live here! Please give us a call!

JORDANELLE ASSESSMENT AREA
FIRE ASSESSMENT AREA
Mountain Zone
The mountain zone M is established for development in mountainous areas of the county that may or may not have services readily available. Development should be in harmony with mountain settings and adverse impacts shall be mitigated. The specific intent in establishing the mountain zone is for the following purposes: Provide an appropriate location within the unincorporated area for the development of mountain residential dwellings; Facilitate payment for services rendered by the county for streets, fire, police, health, sanitation and other services; Prevent soil erosion generated from excessive streets and soil displacement; Protect the vegetation and aesthetic characteristics of the county canyons and mountains; Encourage the protection of wildlife, plant life and groundwater; Protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the county by only allowing development that will have appropriate access to and from the development and provide appropriate fire and emergency access; Discourages developments in isolated areas of the county where essential services are not readily available and would be fiscally irresponsible and or burdensome for the county to provide such services.
