Average with two people in the house is $186 per person /month. The property manager (male, 46) lives on the main floor and works at USU. He enjoys beer, backcountry skiing, mountain biking and playing on rivers. Upstairs tenant (male, 27) is an OPDD student at USU and has a yellow lab.
