This chapter is established to provide standards and regulations, consistent with the city's general plan and the purposes and provisions of this title, for single-family residential areas in the city. This chapter shall apply to the following residential zones as established in chapter 17.20, Zone Establishment, of this title: R-1.8 zones. Uses may only be conducted in residential zones in accordance with the regulations of this code.
