These beautiful 3.07 acres on Lot 58 are part of The Preserve at Mapleton community in Mapleton, Utah. Lot 58 sits along the foothills of Maple Mountain, with amazing sunsets, and open views of the Wasatch Range, Utah Lake, and the valley below. This lot is zoned for horses and has direct access to a future 2-3 acre community area with a stocked fishing pond, sandy beaches, walking trails, a pavilion and open space for recreation. With great schools and town just ten minutes away, you get privacy while still being connected. It's a solid opportunity to build in one of Utah County's most desirable communities.
