One Loudoun, located between Loudoun County Parkway and Route 7, is a mixed-use and master-planned Ashburn neighborhood with a walkable town center and modern streetscapes. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Market Street and Exchange Street, where patios, boutique storefronts, and a steady calendar of plaza activity set the pace. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Sense of Thai St., and Matchbox anchor the district’s day-to-night rhythm. Architecture leans contemporary, with mid-rise apartments over retail and townhomes on tidy blocks. Sidewalks link pocket greens and the central lawn, keeping errands and meetups on foot. The setting reads polished and social, with a distinctly urban cadence inside suburban Loudoun.
