No HOA, all the joy and possibilities of rural living + all of the conveniences of suburban life. No more than a 5 minute drive from all of the conveniences of Crozet (the library, the shops, schools) and so near to the I-64 on-ramp that it's only a 15 minute drive to downtown Charlottesville. Get downtown more quickly and easily than your friends who live in C'ville itself! This 3BR, 2 BA brick home on 2.25 acres is perfectly located - set back from the road, close but not too close to neighbors, and is truly a home suited for the outdoor life. Mature hardwood, a producing mini-orchard and blueberry patch, room for chickens, 1/4 acre garden bed, room for wandering without going too far. Walk right out the basement door, through the back woods to the bridge over the golf course at Old Trail! Stop at Old Trail Village for a cup of coffee. .. or keep going all the way to downtown Crozet! In the summer, relax downstairs on the cool porcelain tile of the large rec room. In the fall, enjoy the beautiful foliage from the expansive back deck, or from the front porch swing. On a winter's night, enjoy the warmth of the upstairs' solid hardwood floors, and enjoy the radiant heat in the basement BR/office early the next morning.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
