Suburban Residential District
The R-6 (formerly SR-6) district is intended to implement the suburban residential medium and community employment center land use classifications of the Comprehensive Plan. Properties developed prior to April 21, 1998, shall be considered lawfully nonconforming with respect to the development standards of the R-6.
