Great three-level townhome located in Bridlewood. Hardwood floors on the main level. A bright sunny living room is in the front of the house and the Blair model features a large eat-in kitchen in the rear. The kitchen has white painted cabinets, white appliances, and bamboo flooring. It wouldn't take much to upgrade your countertops to granite or quartz after you move in. The kitchen walks out to a deck that was rebuilt last summer. The lower level features a family room and laundry room (washer and dryer convey), plus a rough-in for a 3rd bath and space for a 4th bedroom. Upstairs is a large primary suite with a walk-in closet and the primary bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi soaking tub. There are also 2 additional bedrooms and a hall bath. Bridlewood is a community with mature trees, tot lots, tennis and basketball courts, and a community pool. Located near shopping, dining, and convenient commuter routes.
