Lovely updated home located at the base of the Bull Run Mountains on a private and secluded 5 acres. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage home is virtually new with all the big-ticket items taken care of in the last 4 years. The kitchen was renovated in 2017 with soft close drawers and cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. All bathrooms were renovated in 2017 and included new vanities and tiled floors. HVAC, septic, and all windows were replaced then too. In 2019 a new well pump was installed with a water filtration system. 2020 included wide plank hardwood flooring in the foyer, den, hallways, and kitchen and a brand new roof with 30-year architectural shingles. Stamped concrete sidewalk and driveway french drain also installed in 2020. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the large screened-in porch overlooking the yard. Or head downstairs to the large recreation room with a wood-burning stove. Brand new 12x12 shed delivered in January for all your outdoor tools! Head out of town with the peace of mind that your HVAC is controlled via an Ecobee wifi thermostat. The driveway was also recently tar and chipped. No HOA, beautiful property and nature abounds. FIOS also now available!

A-1
DOMESTIC FOWL OVERLAY DISTRICT
Agricultural District
The A-1, Agricultural Zoning District is intended to implement the agricultural or estate classification of the Comprehensive Plan. The district is designed to encourage conservation and proper use of large tracts of real property in order to assure available sources of agricultural products, to assure open spaces within reach of concentrations of population, to conserve natural resources, prevent erosion, and protect the environment; and to assure adequate water supplies. The intent is to encourage private land owners to protect these values and thereby create an environment favorable for the continuation farming and other agricultural pursuits; to preserve prime agricultural land, forest land and/or open space; and to reduce the demand for costly public facilities and services that are inconsistent with the character of the rural areas within Prince William County.
