It is a beautifully furnished and well-stocked brick lovely Tudor-style single-level home with loads of charm and light. Beautifully landscaped, new kitchen and bath. Beautiful deck, fenced yard. Fireplace. WiFi, main floor laundry room, private driveway. Centrally located to shopping, hospitals, and churches. This house is a favorite of all guests who have stayed here. They love the beautiful sun room off the side. This house was originally set up as a mid-term rental for professionals in town on projects, healthcare professionals, people in transition while building a home, or people selling a home and looking to buy one. I have had many people stay here who are working for local companies. I prefer month-to-month rental terms as this home is booked for the entire month of May. Also, all pets must be pre-approved. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY! Including Vapes. Smoking is allowed on the back deck, however all butts must be cleaned up and not dropped on the ground under the deck. If maintenance reports butts are discarded under the deck, then smoking on the property anywhere will be prohibited. If the tenant occupies the property longer than 60 days, renters insurance is required. My homeowner's insurance will not cover your personal property, and it will not cover damage to my property caused by the tenant. A lease agreement outlining tenant requirements will be provided.
