A $500 smoke abatement fee will be deducted from your security deposit if smoking is detected in the house. The basement is not accessible to renters. It is used for owner storage and housekeeping storage. The owner will allow tenants to store their personal belongings in the basement on a case-by-case basis. All renters who stay 60 or more days must have renter's insurance. My homeowner's insurance will NOT cover damage to your belongings or my property if you were to damage my property. You are responsible for any damage to my property. This home has a completely outfitted kitchen, linens, towels, and amenities.
