A Goochland gem! This wonderful, all brick rancher in the heart of Maidens is the perfect place to call "Home". Meticulously maintained and ready to move in to. They rarely build homes of this quality anymore and it's evident upon entering. You'll first notice hardwood floors throughout the first floor living space. Family room is VERY spacious centered by a wood burning fireplace. Three well appointed bedrooms on the first floor. Don't miss this AWESOME full basement thats squeaky clean! It is heated and cooled, and ready for you to finish, or leave it as a larger gathering space/rec room/game room or whatever your heart desires. There is a full bath in the basement, but the rest of the space is wide open. And as a bonus, this property comes with a Goochland icon of the past, "Mealy's Store" with original sign out front. It has separate electric service and is currently used as storage. Maintenance free brick exterior includes newer dimensional roof, Trane heat pump (2011), vinyl windows. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Goochland Y. Kick the satellite internet to the curb because Comcast DOES service this home! Over 3000 sf of heated and cooled space. Don't hesitate!

A2
Agricultural - Limited
This district is intended to provide a transitional rural area between the general agricultural district (A-1) and more intense development occurring in the eastern portion of the county. This district allows for agricultural and forestal land uses, comingled with rural residential development (2-acre minimum lot size) and agricultural-based businesses. This district serves to protect agricultural and forestal lands thereby conserving the county's natural resources. The A-2 districts are generally found east of Routes 522 and 607 and west of the Tuckahoe Creek Service District; and are generally designated on the comprehensive plan as rural enhancement area.
