What a wonderful and unexpected find in Lake Jackson. This adorable home offers a quiet getaway from the typical suburban neighborhood. This 1950 Cottage has a newer roof (2017) and a large wrap-around deck from the front of the home around to the side. It offers a front main door entrance and two side entrances. One side entrance near the driveway offers a nice mud/receiving area for coming in and removing wet or dirty shoes. The main level offers 1 bedroom and 1 full bath with a heated floor AND a clawfoot bathtub!! The large kitchen has an eat-in area and just off of the kitchen is a large family room as well as a separate laundry room. Upstairs is where you'll find the large Master Bedroom and separate Master Bathroom also with a heated floor. Do NOT miss the separate Studio Building just behind the home. It has been previously used as an Art Studio and a Yoga Studio (it is 11x15 with wood flooring). The studio has its own wall unit for AC/Heat Wall unit and a separate bathroom with a utility sink, composting toilet (new), and vanity area.

A-1
DOMESTIC FOWL OVERLAY DISTRICT
AIRPORT SAFETY OVERLAY
Agricultural District
The A-1, Agricultural Zoning District is intended to implement the agricultural or estate classification of the Comprehensive Plan. The district is designed to encourage conservation and proper use of large tracts of real property in order to assure available sources of agricultural products, to assure open spaces within reach of concentrations of population, to conserve natural resources, prevent erosion, and protect the environment; and to assure adequate water supplies. The intent is to encourage private land owners to protect these values and thereby create an environment favorable for the continuation farming and other agricultural pursuits; to preserve prime agricultural land, forest land and/or open space; and to reduce the demand for costly public facilities and services that are inconsistent with the character of the rural areas within Prince William County.
