This spacious all brick rambler is updated with new kitchen cabinets, sink, granite counter tops, appliances, laminate flooring. Bathrooms updated with new Vanities and tops, toilets and flooring. New carpet through out, freshly painted. Exterior is updated with new soffit, gutters, shutters, siding and insulated garage doors. The two NTC apartments in the lower level have been painted, new carpets installed but needs a little more TLC . Need additional parking? Besides the over sized attached two car garage, the detached 40 x 28 garage should take care of that. It needs some TLC also but lots of potential. Or, if you are a contractor, this is your dream come true. Plenty of additional parking behind the house. Also, you cannot beat the location! You can access major roads, shopping, 2 VRE stations, restaurants, schools are just minutes away. Property is being offered "AS-IS".
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

A-1
CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION AREA OVERLAY DISTRICT
DOMESTIC FOWL OVERLAY DISTRICT
Agricultural District
The A-1, Agricultural Zoning District is intended to implement the agricultural or estate classification of the Comprehensive Plan. The district is designed to encourage conservation and proper use of large tracts of real property in order to assure available sources of agricultural products, to assure open spaces within reach of concentrations of population, to conserve natural resources, prevent erosion, and protect the environment; and to assure adequate water supplies. The intent is to encourage private land owners to protect these values and thereby create an environment favorable for the continuation farming and other agricultural pursuits; to preserve prime agricultural land, forest land and/or open space; and to reduce the demand for costly public facilities and services that are inconsistent with the character of the rural areas within Prince William County.
