Lovingly maintained by owners who are now downsizing, this home has been updated over the years with comfort, functionality, and everyday living in mind. One of the features the sellers have loved most is how well the floorplan works for large families, multigenerational living, hosting guests, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably, or use the finished basement for investment potential. The bright and open upper level of the split-foyer features two oversized living spaces filled with natural light, while the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area creating the perfect setup for both entertaining and daily life. New LVP flooring in the dining room adds a fresh modern touch, while custom window blinds throughout the home provide both style and privacy. The finished lower level offers incredible versatility with a private in-law suite area complete with a mini kitchen and two separate walkouts for additional convenience and privacy. There is also a bonus room in the basement featuring a walk-in closet and walk-out access, perfect for a guest suite, home office, gym, or additional flex space. Outside, the fully fenced backyard was designed to be enjoyed year-round with multiple outdoor living spaces including a large covered ground-level concrete patio, upper-level deck with stairs, professional landscaping, and plenty of room to relax or entertain. Extensive updates throughout the home include new kitchen cabinet doors, deep sink and backsplash, new carpet, fresh paint, updated bathroom vanity and sink, new shower door, updated light fixtures, custom fireplace mantel, new concrete front porch, replaced siding and shutters, replacement windows throughout the entire home, and most interior doors already replaced. The large rear addition adds even more functional living space, making this home feel both expansive and inviting. A rare opportunity to own a move-in ready home with space, flexibility, and thoughtful updates already completed for you.
