Tree top offers seclusion, privacy, and mountain views surrounded by towering oak trees and wildlife. This house is located in a Civil War historic district surrounded by Beaverdam Creek and private estates. Tree top has its own gravel driveway and a " Tree Top" property sign on the road. There are stunning views of the Blue Ridge mountains from Tree Top. The quaint village of Middleburg is just a ten minute drive away and Dulles Airport is a forty minute drive. Tree Top's upper level has an expansive open floor plan complete with a skylight, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors lead to the huge elevated deck. The beautiful solid oak floors are reclaimed horse pasture fencing boards. The timber supported vaulted ceiling is illuminated by contemporary lighting that can reused to separate the three separated living areas on the top floor - living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Tree Top's kitchen has granite counters, under mounter cabinet lighting and hammered metal farm sink. The middle level has three separate bedrooms each with their own closets, along with a spacious full bathroom with custom tile and a bathtub with shower. The entire level is carpeted for comfort and quiet. The lower level of the house includes a large family room, full bath with linen closet, and a seperate laundry room with storage space. Tree Top has excellent Star Link internet service as well as very good cell phone coverage. Multiple renovations including new roof, gutters, deck, front porch and HVAC system. Since the house is on well and septic systems, there is no cost associated with water. There is a one acre invisible fence loop for a dog.
