Regional Business District
The purpose and intent of a Regional Business C-4 District is to encourage integrated developments containing a mixture of regional shopping centers, employment centers, major office, light industrial parks and, or high density residential developments. Urban design standards should apply within individual projects, and access to, and the number of conflict points along, arterials should be limited.
