Rare opportunity to own a truly one of a kind home on nearly a 1 acre lot all within Radford city limits. You're certain to be torn between spending your days outdoors, enjoying the creek that runs through the front yard, tending to your chickens or spending the evening around the firepit. While on the inside, newly refinished hardwoods will lead you to this show stopping kitchen, draped in luxury with leathered marble countertops with waterfall edge, walk-in pantry, custom brick range hood and 6 burner gas range. The primary suite is located on the main level featuring tray ceilings, spacious bathroom and lots of natural light. Again, on the main level you'll find an expansive living room complete with custom built-ins. Upstairs are 3 distinctly unique bedrooms and a thoughtfully designed full bath. Last, but certainly not least is a 2 car garage with a bonus loft, perfect for storage or future rec room. Don't miss your opportunity to own one of the most unique properties in Radford!

R1
Single-Family Residential District
Pursuant to the general purposes of this chapter, the intent of the R-1 Single-Family Residential District is to provide appropriate areas for low density single-family residential development. The district is designed to preserve the character of existing residential areas, to encourage new residential development in accordance with modern subdivision standards, to protect single-family areas from encroachment by potentially incompatible commercial land uses and other higher density development, and to maintain an appropriate density of development. The R-1 District is also intended to accommodate specific nonresidential uses which are necessary to provide for the recreational, educational, cultural and public service needs of a residential community.
