Welcome to this stunning colonial home located in Botetourt County on a half-acre flat lot Upon entering, you will be immediately struck by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into the home's remodeling, particularly in the kitchen and dining area. The owner spared no expense in creating a space that is both functional and visually stunning. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a 12-foot granite island, surrounded by custom cabinetry and a beautiful backsplash that truly sets this home apart. One of my favorite features of this home is the breakfast/coffee area that overlooks the backyard, providing a serene and peaceful start to your day. The family room boasts a beautiful masonry fireplace, perfect for cozying up on chilly nights. Upstairs, you'll find 5 bedrooms, each with it unique charm, as well as a beautiful rec room downstairs complete with gas logs and a walkout basement.

R1
Low Density Residential District
The Residential District R-1 is established as a district in which the principal use of land is for single-family dwellings. Therefore, in the R-1 district, the specific intent of this chapter is to encourage the construction of, and the continued use of the land for, single-family dwellings; to prohibit commercial and industrial use of the land and to prohibit any other use which would substantially interfere with development or continuation of single-family dwellings in the district; and to discourage any use that would generate traffic on minor streets, other than normal traffic to serve residences on those streets. This district is reserved for residential subdivisions of an urban character and permitted uses as listed in this division.; This district is generally intended to apply to land within the current R-1 district on the date of adoption of this chapter and land designated in the comprehensive plan as being planned for medium/high density residential. Land in this district is intended to be served with public or community water and wastewater facilities
