Three-level single home. Some of the outside trim showed signs of weathering. The front door opened to a living room on the right. The kitchen was towards the rear. It had formica countertops and tile floor. There was a dining room on one side of the...
kitchen. The family room was on the other side of the kitchen. It had a wood burning fireplace, wet bar, and glass sliding door to a well maintained and comfortable deck in a fenced back yard. Passed the family room, was a half bathroom in the hall next to a door to the garage and the washer and dryer closet. The carpet throughout the home showed signs of wear. The second level had four bedrooms. The walls were covered with wall paper. The master bedroom could fit a king sized bed. It had a walk-in closet and a private bathroom (no tub). The second bedroom could fit a queen sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms could each fit a full sized bed. The secondary bedrooms shared a bathroom in the hall. The in-ground basement had a comfortable rec. room with wood paneling on the walls and drop ceiling tile. There was a den/bedroom, bathroom, and extra storage space.
