New construction, three-level single home, located less than one mile from Fairfax Parkway. It had a long and narrow driveway that went to a two-car garage. Inside, the front door opened to a living room on the right. The dining room was on the left....
The kitchen was towards the rear. It had granite countertops and hardwood floors. A family room with a gas fireplace was next to the kitchen. The main level also had a full bathroom. The second floor had four bedrooms. The master bedroom could fit a king sized bed. It had two walk-in closets and a private bathroom. The second bedroom could fit a queen sized bed comfortably. The third and fourth bedrooms could each fit a full sized bed. The secondary bedrooms shared a bathroom in the hall. The washer and dryer closet was also on the second level. The basement had a comfortable rec. room with a walk-up to a partially fenced back yard. There was also a fifth bedroom, bathroom, and storage/utility room.
