The R-40, R-30 and R-20 Residential Districts provide for larger minimum lot sizes for use in areas where lower residential densities are necessary to address environmental and public facilities constraints as recommended by the comprehensive plan. It is not the intention to create additional R-5R Districts or to enlarge the limits of existing R-5R Districts.
