Attention to detail is everywhere you look in this pretty brick ranch in desirable Chesopeian Colony. From the open concept floor plan, large dining room, remodeled sun porch to the thoughtful exterior details like the architectural front and garage doors. Go through the back gate to launch your kayak into the Lynnhaven River tributary. The large back yard is big enough to hold a swimming pool. Permanent attic stairs open to an impressive amount of storage. A great find in the Cox High School/Great Neck Middle School district.
