“Perspicacity” would be a great name for this home—the rare quality where design and intention meet with ease. More than a renovation, this home has been thoughtfully reimagined so that every detail contributes to a sense of effortless, smart living. At its heart, a newly designed open-concept kitchen features Jade white quartz counters, soft-close antique white shaker cabinetry, premium stainless steel appliances, and a professional exterior-venting hood. From there, the home unfolds into two inviting living spaces: a classic living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace with a 4-seat wraparound bar top, and a flexible family room with its own access to the rear yard—appropriate for a media space, large office, or playroom. The oversized laundry area offers generous storage & additional "folding area", while a secondary bedroom—once the primary—features a quadruple-width closet. Nearly everything is new, including LVP flooring, custom tile, updated electrical, recessed LED lighting, pantry, garage door/opener, and a dual-head mini-split system for added comfort. Step outside to thoughtfully manicured front and rear gardens—lush yet intentionally low-maintenance—complemented by a brand new driveway and a reworked garage with built-in storage. The spacious primary suite offers added privacy, a custom-designed bath with walk-in shower, and a gracious walk-in closet with even more room to grow! Replacement windows frame curated garden views throughout, reinforcing the home’s seamless connection between indoors and out. Blending mid-century character with modern refinement, this is a home for those who recognize and appreciate thoughtful design and are bored by the run-of-the-mill cookie cutter houses. Ideally situated in uncontested area of Virginia Beach with easy access to interstates, golf course, community center, restaurants, shopping, and highly regarded schools. Witchduck exit less than a mile. Food Lion--6 blocks. Easy in and out to every place you want to be. If you want move in ready, peace of mind, tranquility, and NEW this home is for you.
