5 bed, 5 bath 3 level colonial in Waterford, 10 minutes from Leesburg. Shows poorly. Pictures are deceiving. The lawn and shrubs are overgrown, haven't been cut or cared for in months. Interior is outdated hodgepodge. Wood floors need refinishing...
carpets need replacing whole place needs paint TLC. Exterior wood rot around windows, deck needs to be replaced, basement is musty with evidence of moisture penetration through walls. Not flooding but some mold and moisture issues. Pool looks structurally OK, pool equipment may need overhaul. Roof needs replacement. Shingles rotted.
