About this home
WOW! Sweet, Cute, Wonderful! Check out the photos on this one! Featuring gleaming wood floors and large windows for light and air, mostly open concept and a first floor bedroom possibility! Owner has done some nice improvements: metal roof, stainless chimney liner for the wood stove, new 2 bedroom septic when he purchased, painting thru out, expanded drive and parking, etc. Huge, level back yard is great for gardening, playing, pets or just plain relaxing in the sun! The owner is currently using the 2 upstairs under the eves rooms as bedrooms, but a previous owner had chosen the first floor for the bedroom (you choose based on lifestyle). This is a must see for the love and care that is obvious, the thoughtful renovations and amazing use of space. There are 2 porches, a full length porch in the front just right for the rocking chair and a full length screened in porch in the rear for private conversations with nature and all the wildlife while being protected from insects. .. This home is too sweet to miss!

Sweet affordable Bungalow with great charm. This adorable one bedroom one bath home is in a great location and has almost one acre of flat level land. Years of love have gone into the gardens; a combination of wild flowers and cultivated, classic perennials mixed with eclectic others. Blueberry bushes, rhubarb, and don't forget the climbing roses. Sit and relax in your screened-in porch overlooking this fabulous yard. Perfect for downsizing or a starter home that has character, efficient and ready to move into. Truly a little dream spot.

Rural District
The Rural District encompasses land primarily in the western, upland portion of Brattleboro, which features large tracts of undeveloped woodlands, working farmland and very-low density residential development. This land is not served by municipal water and sewer or by roads that are capable of accommodating heavy traffic, and extending or upgrading infrastructure in this district is strongly discouraged. The purpose of this district is to protect these remote and relatively inaccessible rural lands from fragmentation, development and undue environmental disturbance by maintaining a very low-density settlement pattern and large tracts of working lands or natural areas in accordance with the policies of the Brattleboro Town Plan.
