About this home
Just the right size!!! Downsizing? Just starting out? Sweet flat yard for easy care, big enough to garden, play with the pets or hang a hammock! Small enough so the yard work is done in no time. .. the best floor plan with a bed and bath at either end for privacy, leaving the center for all the living. Open concept with vaulted ceiling for a light, airy feeling. A stand alone dining nook with display cabinet for the special china or Knick knacks. A walk in shower is a wonderful addition. the second bath did have a tub /shower but the owner needed more storage and removed it. Easy to put it back if you have need of a full second bath. Sitting in our most popular, and very affordable park, this is a easy place to live. No mud season. .. no driving the hills. .. minutes to downtown and a reliable bus line! Remember, buyers must be park approved for credit and background check. Easy to show

Residential Neighborhood District
The Residential Neighborhood District is composed of high- to moderate-density residential neighborhoods extending outward from downtown Brattleboro and West Brattleboro village, and along the Route 9 corridor. While primarily residential in use, these neighborhoods vary significantly in the form and density of housing they offer, and include traditional neighborhoods, post-war suburban-style neighborhoods, multi-family developments, townhouses and mobile home parks. The land within this district is generally served by municipal water and sewer. Walkability and proximity to public transit service, neighborhood stores, schools, parks and other amenities varies by neighborhood. The purpose of this district is to allow a diverse range of housing, encourage an increase in and improvement of the town’s housing stock, and promote more compact, walkable neighborhoods in balance with protection of neighborhood character and quality of life, and in accordance with the policies of the Brattleboro Town Plan.
