About this home
Unique Hexagon house offers great views of Camel's Hump on 22.6 acres. This Chittenden County home offers privacy while still being close to everything around. The home offers a great open floor plan with a big beautiful brick chimney fireplace in the center of the home. It is in need of renovation. It would be a great candidate a 203K construction loan, straight construction loan, or a cash buyer. The lot offer many possibilities with lots of large soft wood trees that could be harvested to either open up the land, develop, or just keep for the privacy it offers.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
