Village District
The purpose of the Village District is to provide a moderate-density residential area as a transition from the Village Center Districts. The Village District is intended to provide a variety of housing options, including a mix of single and multi-household housing, near the amenities and important community hubs such as schools provided by the Village Center District and the Commercial District.
