Every lot owner is a shareholder, and lots are leased from the Corporation. New owners sign a 20 year renewable lease. Lease on lot is $120.00 annually, community water for 2025 season will be $500.00 and corporation assessment annual fee for 2025 will be $750.00. Most, but not all furnishings will remain.
