This chalet style home located in a rural picturesque setting (yet 10 minutes to Williston and Interstate 89) is waiting for you to make it your own with some modern touches. Located on almost 2 acres, this home and 2-car garage are situated on a lovely parcel with mature trees and perennials, surrounded by woods and set back from the road. Enter on the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and family room with wood stove. The back of the home has sliding doors out to the back yard below the wrap-around deck. Upstairs, the living and dining areas are one large space for you to lay out as you wish. Newer carpet on the upper level means you have very little to do here. The living and dining spaces have an abundance of windows and a sliding door for natural light. If too bright, you can open up the retractable awning outside. An additional bedroom which could also serve as an office or guest room sit off of this living space. Around the corner is a functionally laid out kitchen with a sliding door out to the deck as well. The gardens outside have been well cared for, with a fresh flower bed ready for more of your own favorite plant-life. Or just let it go all natural and wild. With this home, you don't have to worry about the problems that come along with typical basements since the lower level sits on a slab. The huge garage provides all the storage you'll need! So much potential with this property - it is ready for occupancy and eagerly awaits your vision.

ARZD
Agricultural/Rural Residential District
The ARZD implements the vision of Willistons 2016- 2024 Town Plan, which begins: Williston will strive to balance responsible, livable suburban growth with rural character and conservation. To do this, the town will sustain rural landscapes by requiring an open space pattern for subdivisions, conserving lands identified in Chapter 13 - Natural and Cultural Resources through acquisitions or easements; and finding ways to help the owners of working lands continue their stewardship
