About this home
Breathtaking is my first thought. Then storybook is my second thought. Homestead is my 3rd thought. The views are stunning in all directions from this 4.71-acre oasis. This is a two-bedroom, one-bath move-in ready home. 1350 sq ft garage/shop area ready for RV, boats, or heavy equipment and 972 sq ft cedar workshed/carport area wired with electricity, the pump house is 200 sq ft. This property would be perfect for a vacation rental close to lakes, rivers, skiing, trails, and hunting, directly across from a small airport landing strip, or a perfect place to live and run your own business, possibly the hobby farm of your dreams. The work has been started there's a small fruit orchard, and on the property border, there is a year-round creek.

RDD-20
Rural Development District
The Rural Development District is the portion of land in Lewis County not otherwise designated. While the Rural Development District has an overall density designation of one unit per 20 acres, the combinations of steep slopes, tight soils, flood plains, and unbuildable critical areas will provide a wide variety of rural residential densities, and will preserve the rural character of the county while providing reasonable opportunity for any low density development. The purpose of this chapter is to achieve a variety of lot sizes, protect rural character, and protect small rural business which have historically served the citizens of Lewis County.
