About this home
Here's a countryside lot with incredible views of Mount Saint Helens, miles of treed hilltops, and expansive territorial horizons. This buildable 5.72-acre parcel is located about 10 minutes NE of Onalaska. It rests behind a gate just off a paved road with minimal thru-traffic. Power is available at the street, nearby wells average approximately 150 feet in depth, and septic installation appears favorable with Buckpeak silt loam soils. No HOA or CC&Rs either! Small creek at the bottom of the parcel. Abundant wildlife. If you’re looking for an affordable, buildable parcel with impressive views and a quiet country feel, this property is well worth a look! Owner financing is also available.

RDD-10
Rural Development District
The Rural Development District is the portion of land in Lewis County not otherwise designated. While the Rural Development District has an overall density designation of one unit per 10 acres, the combinations of steep slopes, tight soils, flood plains, and unbuildable critical areas will provide a wide variety of rural residential densities, and will preserve the rural character of the county while providing reasonable opportunity for any low density development. The purpose of this chapter is to achieve a variety of lot sizes, protect rural character, and protect small rural business which have historically served the citizens of Lewis County.
