About this home
Spacious house on large lot in a quiet setting. So much flexibility here, lives well as one large house or use each level as a separate home since lower level has a full kitchen as well as front and back doors. Updated main kitchen overlooks deck and backyard with play structure and potential for a big garden. Long and level driveway allows for RV parking or access to existing, or maybe even future, outbuildings. Mature landscaping enhances the curb appeal for this classic home tucked into a sweet spot on a non-through street, yet easy access to stores, restaurants and just a quick trip to downtown Seattle.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

R-6
Urban Residential Zone
The purpose of the urban residential zone (R) is to implement comprehensive plan goals and policies for housing quality, diversity and affordability, and to efficiently use urban residential land, public services and energy. These purposes are accomplished by: Providing, in the R-1 through R-8 zones, for a mix of predominantly single detached dwelling units and other development types, with a variety of densities and sizes in locations appropriate for urban densities; Allowing only those accessory and complementary nonresidential uses that are compatible with urban residential communities; and Establishing density designations to facilitate advanced area-wide planning for public facilities and services, and to protect environmentally sensitive sites from over development. Use of this zone is appropriate in urban areas, activity centers, or Rural Towns designated by the Comprehensive Plan as follows: The R-4 through R-8 zones on urban lands that are predominantly environmentally unconstrained and are served at the time of development, by adequate public sewers, water supply, roads and other needed public facilities and services.
