About this home
Total WOW factor! Beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home set on nearly 2 level acres, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort & peaceful country living. This home has been thoughtfully updated with high-end finishes, a contemporary, cohesive design, and brand new appliances throughout, creating a truly move-in-ready experience. The open floor plan feels efficient & bright, allowing natural light to flow freely from one area to the other. The modern kitchen is anchored by a stunning peninsula that defines the space without closing it off, while doubling as prep space and dining. The living room is arranged for comfort without excess. The vaulted ceiling instantly adds a sense of openness, making the space feel larger & more inviting. Sliders provide natural light as well as access to the front deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining! The spacious primary bedroom has enough room to support both comfort & future flexibility of adding a 1/2 or 3/4 bath. Each bedroom has its own mini-split to provide regulated heating & cooling. The spa-inspired bath feels luxurious & boasts a generous walk-in shower with stunning ceramic tiles running floor to ceiling for a seamless look. The free-standing tub becomes the room's focal point, more like a piece of art than a fixture! Outside, enjoy ample parking, finished outbuilding w/electric & heat, RV pad complete w/hookups & separate electric. Plenty of room for gardens or future expansion. A turn-key home that has it all, and so much more!

RA-5
Rural Area Zone
The purpose of the rural zone (RA) is to provide for an area-wide long-term rural character and to minimize land use conflicts with nearby agricultural or forest production districts or mineral extraction sites. These purposes are accomplished by: Limiting residential densities and permitted uses to those that are compatible with rural character and nearby resource production districts and sites and are able to be adequately supported by rural service levels; Allowing small scale farming and forestry activities and tourism and recreation uses that can be supported by rural service levels and that are compatible with rural character; Increasing required setbacks to minimize conflicts with adjacent agriculture, forest or mineral zones; and Requiring tracts created through cluster development to be designated as permanent open space or as permanent resource use.; Use of this zone is appropriate in rural areas designated by the Comprehensive Plan as follows: RA-5 in rural areas where the predominant lot pattern is five acres or greater but less than ten acres in size and the area is generally environmentally unconstrained
