This well-maintained duplex offers both immediate income and strong future potential. Built in 2007, each unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level. One side has been completely updated with new paint, flooring, countertops, and appliances—move-in ready with a potential rental value of $1,900/month. The other side has also been refreshed, with the exception of the kitchen, and is currently rented at $1,300/month. Both units are equipped with energy-efficient mini-split systems, helping reduce heating and cooling costs while keeping tenants comfortable year-round. Tenants pay all utilities, making this a low-expense investment for the owner. Additional highlights include a private alley-access driveway, low-maintenance design, and excellent location with easy freeway access—reach Union Gap, West Valley, or Selah in 10 minutes or less. The practical layout appeals to both renters and owner-occupants alike. With one updated unit vacant, this property is ready for a new owner to move in or lease out for maximum return. A rare find in excellent condition—whether you're an investor or seeking a home with income potential, this duplex checks all the boxes!
